Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate account information.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled per your billing portal.
• Refunds are handled per our plan policies and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse‑engineer the service.
• Respect the privacy of candidates and comply with applicable laws.

Content & ownership

• You retain rights to your assessment content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for providing the service.
• We retain all rights in and to the platform, including software, designs, and trademarks.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may export available data and cancel at any time through your billing portal.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or content you upload, except to the extent caused by our breach.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillJudge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business.
